My experience with UGT has been very good. It gave me opportunities to work on very challenging projects and to learn newer technologies which enriched my technical experience. I have known Jason Monastra professionally for a little over two years. My initial introduction to him was a phone call from him to see if I had an interest in a client company he was representing. UGT actively pursued getting Alcatel the best IS candidates for various positions and as a result of their efforts, professionals were hired at Alcatel. Whenever we had an IS need, UGT was always contacted to fill the position. Our contact had excellent communication skills and openly listened when a particular candidate would not fit, and would quickly get one ready for us that did. It should also be noted that UGT did not only place IS talent, but also placed professionals in other departments, such as Engineering and Product Development with great success.
