Elizabeth B. Bernstein, President and CEO
Elizabeth, one of the founding partners of the United Global Technologies team in 2004, brought 7 years of direct business sales experience coupled with management experience from Robert Half. As an industry leading and recognized business development professional, she has a successful track record in the human capital industry for nearly a decade. A double major graduate who achieved success in 3 yrs from Meredith College in Raleigh. She resides in Charlotte NC with her husband and son.
Jason R. Monastra, SVP Operations and Fulfillment
Jason comes to the company from an acquired entity where he was a founding partner. HCRP acquired in the 2005 year substantially improved UGT's ability to deliver enterprise level solutions in the IT consulting space. He draws on 9 years of direct business experience and equity positions in two previous start up organizations in the staffing vertical. His role is to lead UGT to expanding their technology footprint throughout the domestic US with a centralized focus on east coast operations. He currently resides in Charlotte with his wife and three children.
Kari Booth, Finance
Kari brings 10 years experience in financial and operations support to the UGT team. She is integral in operations and process management and leverages skills obtained at best of class companies such as GE and Verizon into our culture. Our newest addition into the Charlotte family, Kari comes to us from Florida with her husband and son. She enjoys hiking, swimming, and skiing.
