  About Jason Monastra
Jason Monastra comes to the company from an acquired entity where he was a founding partner. HCRP acquired in the 2005 year substantially improved UGT's ability to deliver enterprise level solutions in the IT consulting space. He draws on 9 years of direct business experience and equity positions in two previous start up organizations in the staffing vertical. His role is to lead UGT to expanding their technology footprint throughout the domestic US with a centralized focus on east coast operations.
Jason Monastra recently has been placed in charge of operations and fulfillment for United Global. His experience managing offices and recruitment operations made this a natural progression for him with the company. Prime objectives will be the acquisition of internal staff as our business demands continue to thrive.

About Elizabeth Bernstein
Elizabeth Bernstein is a 10 year professional with an extensive background in business development among the nation's leading CIOs. Her capabilities were developed during a tenure at RHI leading teams across the Charlotte region. A native of Raleigh NC, Elizabeth is a double major graduate of Meredith in Business and Marketing.
Elizabeth leads the business development efforts for United Global, expanding her network and building the firm's credibility across the country. Her business development approach has been instrumental in driving company sales increases in double digits since 2002.
Elizabeth lives in Charlotte NC, with her husband and son. She is NC native and enjoys all the state has to offer (hiking, beach, etc.).
